The Padlock DT external HDD from Apricorn is the ideal desktop storage solution for your organization: software-free, fully hardware encrypted and secured with PIN code. Thanks to USB 3.1, data can be transferred at lightning speed. In addition, this model can have storage capacities from 2TB to 18TB.
The firmware locks the HDD to prevent malware attacks such as BadUSB. The Padlock DT is also resistant to physical attacks, thanks to a hardened epoxy layer that protects all internal components. The keypad is coated with polymer so that the most commonly used buttons do not become visible due to wear and tear.
